The Story Of Panthers

First and foremost, we're a denim company. Founded over a decade ago, Panthers modern history starts in 2006 with our own very first of jeans.
We worked directly with kuroki Mills Okayama, Japan to develop a custom denim designed to witstand hard wear and show incredible character along the way.
We believe that only so much can be communicated about our clothes online, and as such, we depend on our retailers who provide a physical place where customers can see our products up close. We’ve found that retail shops are also places where you can find out about other great local businesses or discover an album you’ve never heard before. Here in Malaysia we are located in Pavilion sopping mall situated in the Bukit Bintang district in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ever since we launched our jean collection in 2008, we’ve met lots of interesting customers along the way. Because our jeans start out raw and age uniquely to each wearer’s habits and lifestyle,
we’re never short on inspiration as people share with us the places our jeans have traveled to and the work that’s been done in them over the years.
We decided that some of these fascinating stories needed to be heard. What started as a set of videos in 2011 has grown into an ongoing interview series with some of the unique individuals who wear our jeans and the work that they do. In getting to know them, we’ve developed a deep appreciation for the attention to detail and commitment to quality that they apply to their particular craft. We hope that our vignettes accurately communicate their singularities to you: the facets of their personality which allow them to raise the bar in their respective industries.
